Create a Patient Login
Once you create your login, you will also have the ability to add dependent children to your account. You will have access to all of your urgent care visits through your patient portal for later review.
Answer Questions
Answer a few easy questions about your health concern. These questions are the same questions your provider would ask if you were in the office. You will have the ability to upload photos related to your illness (e.g. cuts, bruising, eye discoloration, etc.). Best thing of all...you can continue on about your day! You will receive a notification once your information has been reviewed.
Receive Your Diagnosis
A Board-certified provider will receive your information. Your provider will review your questionnaire along with any photos you have uploaded. After a thorough review, a diagnosis will be provided, and if appropriate, prescription(s) written. Your provider will also include a school excuse note or work excuse note if requested.
Get Your Prescription
You will receive a notification that your visit summary is complete. If provided, your prescription(s) will be available with this summary. Simply choose your pharmacy, click to send, then pick up your prescription once ready, and start feeling better!
****If your health issue or condition is deemed too severe for a diagnosis, your visit will not be billed and you will be instructed to email our office for a telehealth (virtual) or in-person visit instead.
